The hotel is on a hilltop and there are god views - it is also close to the Buttes Chaumont park which is very beautiful and interesting!
The hotel is not easy to access, as the street is only for pedestrians, the parking cellar is dark and with extremely small parking slots - very difficult to navigate with an ordinary family car. The hotel is noisy and badly soundproofed. The rooms are small and the doorways very narrow. The toilet is extremely small and has no handwashing basin.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the location was relatively easy for going to the city center or other areas
The non punctuality in check-in (we were able to check in at about 17:30 where the normal time is 14:00 and when we have arrived at 16:00) and the general attitude of staff who were not enthousiastic in assisting (they did assist but with obvious discomfort)
We were a school group requiring five apartments and they met our needs perfectly. They were close enough together to allow easy supervision, yet gave the pupils a level of independence they would not have had ina hotel. Some of them even chose to cook! There was easy access to metro stations and enough shops, etc nearby to meet our needs.
It was a bit further from the centre than we would ideally have liked but the proximity to the metro meant that this was not really a problem. A toaster would have been handy.
Apartments were in a nice quiet non-tourist neighborhood with easy access to markets to buy food for cooking and other needs. The metro stops were easy 3 block walk. Local eating was very good. We always came back to this area in the evenings to eat instead of central Paris.
This was located in a non-tourist area which was nice, however the local boys tended to hang out in large groups in the evenings along the front of the apartment area. It can be a little unsettling at first when walking back to the rooms after dark. There is no where to park while you check in and get access to the parking garage. Even though I emailed weeks ahead of time for directions, I received nothing. Had to park illegally while I checked in and it is not a fast process. Streets are narrow in the neighborhood and very few (and I mean VERY few) places to park your car legal or otherwise while you walk the half a block down the closed street to the apartment. Prepaid guest should get directions and the access codes to park in the garage ahead of their arrival.
The room was pretty and clean, just very small (but is normal for Paris). Staff was kind and let us check in a couple hours early. Short walk to subway for easy connections-but outside heart of city. It is in a quiet area and I felt safe there.
The breakfast was terrible and cost 10€. Also the laundry was super expensive and dryer did not fully dry my clothes.
Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Not far from metro in area that offered specialty food shops. A good walking distance from places of interest, quicker by metro.
Our room was a little cramped with our luggage (nowhere to put it).
The apartment was well equipped with a good layout. The hotel was about 2 blocks from the nearest metro stop and had a grocery store on the nearest corner.
Every time we had to deal with the front desk it was a 20-minute process.
2-room apartment has all the equipement in kitchen (fridge, micro, dishwasher, ...). Nice location close to 3 different metro lines (station Jourdain provides the best connection to the city centre). Excellent park close by. Supermarket and bakeries just 100-200 m from the hotel. We arrived by public transportation with no problem: took RER train from CDG airport to Gare du Nord, then bus 48 to station Botzaris (it is 2 min walk from hotel). 2 rooms + kitchen are ideal for a family with kid(s)
The street is closed for cars but sometimes kids are making noise to late night - may be disturbing for those staying at groundfloor. WiFi internet is free but slow - sufficient for emails and browsing though. It is better to buy food stuff in close supermarket than to have hotel breakfast. Apartment is rather small but still big in Paris standards.
The apt. was pretty nice. The staff spoke english and were helpfull and prompt in answering all our queries. Before checkin or after checkout, they have a luggage room in which they let you keep your luggage for free.
The Internet connection was not very good. It kept disconnecting from time to time or would not connect at all.
very nice furnished and complete apartment ideal was the sliding door between living room including the sofa-bed and the bedroom
free wifi was very slow. for normal speed additional charge applied
Very good for travellers with children. Hotel is in a queit area. The apartments are very clean
Little far from de city center
Having a whole apartment with a kitchen for this price in Paris, near a metro station
The bad ventilation in the WC
I really think it was great value for the price. It was a little far from the main attractions but considering we took moved around by taxi, I think it was cheaper than staying at the main part of Paris.
Convenient to the Paris sights without the high cost. A five minute walk to major subway route that took us to the a 15minute ride to see all of the sights and was very convenient. Apartment was very nice, staff was excellent and very helpful with everything. There is a supermarket around the corner and you could get anything you needed for snacks, breakfast - wine, beer etc. Several cafes, resturants within a few blocks and just a nice area.
A little difficult at first for the driver to find - but once he did all was ok !
Nice considering it is an aparthotel, well equipped kitchen, excellent for someone planning to stay several days in Paris. The room was very clean and the hotel is located near a supermarket. Metro station is quite near, 5 minutes walking.
The access to the garage of the hotel is not easy and one of the employees did not even know the name of the street to access such garage. And was not much of a help. The receptionists working during the night were sometimes rude and did not help with anything.
